Monique was a pleasure to work with, very pleasant on the phone, she was able to help me right away, as soon as I called there was no hesitation even though I never rented from HK before. She emailed the necessary paperwork and explained over the what was needed, once I arrived all documents were ready to be signed and did a quick walk around of the truck, I was on the road with my wife. The truck was clean, worked great no issues. You can tell they take care of their trucks here. I would not hesitate to rent from HK again and plan on bringing our Hino truck here for service as well.
