Guess my response about Ryan calling me at 5:32pm and played the not remembering me telling him about this issue right after I posted asking about email was deleted. All I want is a working key fob and the manual as I was told they would get them for me.

Typically cars will come with the balance of their factory warranty regardless of where you buy them, but if they're out of factory warranty you can purchase warranty coverage. Outside of that, the NYS Lemon law gives you some coverage, but it's not a lot. (again, regardless of where you buy a car in NY)
Oh sure they do but expect a offer of $1500 on a $10000 car. No I'm not joking because that's seriously what they offered.
