Bad practice! Horrible receptionists and staff, ever revolving door of caregivers. Never met Dr. Beney. No one there cares about patients, just another insurance to take money from. Glad I left

I've been taking my son Benjamin to this office since he was born. We had his 3 year old checkup today. We had a different NP than usual (Kari was always great also!). Mary was wonderful! Very patient, friendly, and thorough! The front desk staff is always very nice as well!

I dont know if anyone cares or believes me about my stomach problems, I feel the medical field is just not how it use to be! Really listening and understand the patients, keep in your meds in charts up dates on what you on or off,just very disappointed in all drs.,nurses,and hospitals..

Been a patient for sometime and should have left a while ago. Have had experiences with very rude administrative staff and inattentive providers. The basics would be to tell your patient you have a new location. Nope, they moved locations without advising anyone (and no I have not moved or had changes in my demographics). Recently, I contacted them requesting a return call regarding some illness complications (which I never do) and have received no return call in 2 days. People in the same situation get routine calls to see how they are doing from the primary care physicians, not this office. You will feel like a number and have no relationship with your providers. I stayed too long, that changes now. Look elsewhere if you want a doctor who even remotely cares, truly despicable care. I hope they aren’t taking VBP arrangements, they will fail to meet these metrics.
