How long does it usually take for the office to call you to make an appointment?

It usually takes about 3 wks for the call back because they are entering all your information and getting records. But if you are in. Need of seeing hime because your sick. They will get you in. Once you see them it is very simple to get appointments.

If you are a new patient it does take a long time to get in... Once your in everything about that office is awesome... If I need to call in i get a return call that day... Also if you need medical help after the office is closed Dr. Beney has a personal phone for after hours calls... I moved outof lockport and travel almost an hour to get there and back...

Are u a new patient? Sometimes it takes a few weeks for that otherwise call them again.

I would call them back. The front office staff can be difficult to get return calls from.
