We have renewed our lease every year. The property is clean and the grounds are well kept. Any issues we have had have always been met with compassion and a resolution. My repairs have always been done promptly and the maintenance are personable and efficient. I'm glad I found this community. I visited many prior to moving to Mooresville. Non of which could match the affordability and spaciousness of Piedmont Pointe’s town homes. Very happy with our choice.

Cool place to live. Only downside was the pool wasn’t open as often as it should have been. And I lost my deposit for a hole in the wall that was in the wall before I moved in, during my tour of the apartment I noticed the hole and asked will it be fixed before me and my family moved in.... was told that it would be taken care of, then was rushed to move in or they claimed they would have given my apartment to someone else. So before moving in on a piece of paper that was given to me from the office to fill out any pre-existing damage so that when moving out I would not be penalized for it, only damage was the hole in the wall the size of a soccer ball. Filled the paperwork out and turned it in to the woman in the office. And still tried multiple times during my lease to get maintenance to come fix the wall.... nobody ever came to fix the wall. Moved out when my lease was up, they kept my deposit and said it was for the damage (hole in the wall) to the apartment. When I’m the office for a face to face talk, the woman claims she misplaced the paperwork that was given to me that I put the pre-existing damage on..... But overall, cool place to live, close to plenty of place’s. I just wouldn’t recommend this place for how poorly they handled my situation and how they will complain to you about anything on your back patio, but won’t send maintenance to fix things when needing fixed.

We will send an email blast as soon as it reopens. Unfortunately, it had to be closed for maintenance. We will open it as soon as possible!

How do I get low income apartment

Piedmont Pointe are not low income apartments. However, they are income based/government subsidized. You can't make over a certain amount of money per year to move in but if you get approved you can make whatever over the amount of the income median afterwards and they can't do anything. Hopefully this helps you.
