Living at Marquis at Morrison Plantation has been really pleasant. We moved here in 2020 and the managers and maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and prompt in there response and communication. My only critique of the apartment is lack of storage space in the bathrooms - no linen closets in either the master or guest baths of our 2 bdrm apartment. Other than that the space is great!!

I've enjoyed my nearly 4 years here so far. Nice and friendly staff, great units, and can't beat the location. Only complaint is that parking can be tough to find later in the evening.

I've lived at Marquis at Morrison plantation for over two years now and my experiences only get worse with time. If you enjoy a peaceful complex or if you work from home DO NOT move here. There is constant maintenance and construction going on to the point that there is always loud noises and disturbances. The majority of the management team comes off as unprofessional and can't/won't sympathize with their residents. Any issue that I or several of my neighbors have had has been ignored or belittled. I know for a fact that the management team does not care if residents are happy living here because I have been told by a team member that they make more money if I don't renew and they can charge the next resident higher. This doesn't seem like a business model that puts its clients needs first. I used to love living here but over time that opinion has drastically changed and I cannot wait until my lease is up.

Thank you for your question. We are a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome. However, exotic pets and certain dog breeds are restricted. Up to two pets are permitted per residence. A non-refundable $450 pet fee is required for one pet, and a non-refundable $550 pet fee is required for two pets. $15 monthly pet rent is also required for each pet.
