I came earlier than expected, but I was still able to come in and get my fingerprints done in a mannerly time. The person who helped me was patient, and walked me through the process efficiently and kindly. The process was very quick, and the person who helped me made sure to ask me questions, so I knew that I was getting the right type of fingerprinting done and not wasting my money. Overall, it was a good experience!!

Called to reschedule this morning after getting off late from my shift in the ER. Gentleman over the phone was rude asking for my reasoning and was unwilling to reschedule stating they are too busy. Quite unprofessional. Update- figured I’d give this place another try. Another terrible experience. Met by a very rude man for my appointment. I walked right out. 0/2 on service here. So incredibly unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Upon arrival, I was met by an incredibly rude man who asked me if I had a mask I could wear, in order to enter the office for my scheduled appointment. I said that I did not have one. He asked if I had one in my car that I could go get. Again, I said no I don’t have a mask. He then condescendingly asked me if I could read the sign posted next to the doorframe which read “must wear a mask to enter”. He then told me that he had a mask that he could SELL ME in order to proceed with my scheduled appointment. I laughed and said that I wouldn’t be purchasing a mask from him. So just to be clear — Today is 8/19/2022. The CDC doesn’t even mandate the wearing of masks anymore!! Know that when you arrive at this autocracy of an office….. you will either be forced to wear a mask or solicited to PURCHASE one, in order to get your fingerprints done. You can keep your mask and I will HAPPILY take my business elsewhere. 0 stars for these people.

Questions & Answers

HOW MUCH IS PRICE PER CARD? AND AM I REQUIRED TO HAVE 2 DONE AT YOUR LOCATION? SO WOULD I HAVE TO DOUBLE WHATEVER PRICE YOU TELL ME?

wendy S. | Oct 6, 2020
Atlanta Fingerprinting | Oct 6, 2020

Hi Wendy. Our prices are noted on our website and do vary. They range from $45-$85 depending on if they are done on a weekday (regular or after hours), weekend or holiday; if you provide the official fingerprint cards or if we do; if you are one of the organizations that have a discount with us; and/or if you have difficult fingerprints to capture. If there was a question about the price, calling ahead of time would have been best--we prefer appointments rather than dropins (though welcomed) so we can handle any questions in advance. As for doing 1, 2+ cards, it depends on what is required by the agency requesting your fingerprints. The FBI suggests on its website to send multiple cards in case one can't be "read" and there is a backup card to use. We bring this to people's attention, and ultimately, you make the decision on how many you want and what fits your budget.

Do you supply the fingerprint cards for rolled prints?

Jeana Higley | Oct 7, 2018
Atlanta Fingerprinting | Oct 7, 2019

Jeana, we use the official, FBI FD-258 cards and have plenty of them for fingerprinting. Please make sure that you have your prints completed on the OFFICIAL cards where ever you go.

Hello! Do you fingerprint on the FBI cards?

Ankit Patel | Oct 7, 2018
Atlanta Fingerprinting | Oct 6, 2020

Yes, we do. They are called the FD-258 finger print cards. It is better to use the actual, card-stock FBI cards rather than downloading on copier paper. The printer paper has chemicals on it that can cause ink fingerprints to smear.

I want to check fingerprint so can I came anytime or I have to schedule an appointment?

Tsion Alemayehu | Oct 7, 2018
Atlanta Fingerprinting | Oct 7, 2018

Tsion, appointments are strongly suggested so that we may get your fingerprints processed in 10 minutes. Otherwise you may have to wait behind those folks who have made appointments. We want to get you in and out quickly so that you can go on with your day. Try calling us for same-day appointments. If we can get you in, we will!
