Current resident- The water at the dog park didn’t work all summer. 4 weeks have currently went by with my air conditioning out, absolutely no updates or an idea of when it could be fixed. $45 for valet trash that’s Sunday-Thursday is actually when they decide to pick it up SUPER annoying that you can’t opt out of it. 10/10 the worst place I’ve lived.

We have been here almost 2 years. Dustin have in the office is great. Our stay: air broke a few times last year. They “patched” it a few times before actually fixing it. The breezeways aren’t kept too clean, especially when we had a lot of snow and ice. These loud, super loud cars that go in and out. A lot of tenants here have added to their cars to make them annoyingly loud and wake us up in the night. The traffic getting onto the main road and up is awful and they continue to build housing and apartments around here. It’s a nice place. I felt safe here and heard by the office. Again, Dustin is great!

Recently changed ownership, and new management is terrible. Had a bad circuit breaker in our unit that was overheating. Obvious fire hazard. Took them 10 days to get someone in here to replace it. It’s about a 5 minute job. The new manager says that this is acceptable, and nothing is wrong with that.
