I'm a new resident to Braxton, but my mom has lived here for six years. The staff are amazing, the amenities are abundant, and the complex is well kept. Our maintenance team is 5 stars, and if you do experience any issues, they are prompt to fix them. Shout out to Luis, Scott, and Erick and the whole Braxton family!

I’ve been here at Braxton@Lake norman for four years and it has gone through name change, and management/staff changes and my experience has always been good. The office staff are friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew Erick and Luis are very responsive when there is an issue. Erick is always very personable, considerate and polite, and the newbie Luis also seems very polite and eager to help. I think management is very conscious about taking care of the grounds and keeping this a safe and desirable place to live.

We absolutely love living here. We just signed our third lease. Staff is always helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is AH-MAZING!!! Erick and Luis you guys rock thank🙌 You for your quick attention to all maintenance request .

Here’s my latest review for the manager “Charles Melvin” at Braxton at Lake Norman. This is my 2nd review for him. First was when I moved in and the last one is when I moved out. During moving out I had given my new forwarding address for any dues. The utilities unfortunately is not a part of your rent which is fine and instead it comes as a separate bill. Once I had paid my last bill before moving out, I never received any letter or receipts for pending amount or utilities bill. Instead after 4 months I was sent a letter from the collections agency for pending utilities bill. Braxton mgmt needs to realize that their laziness of not forwarding letters/pending amount in a timely manner and irresponsible behavior can impact their former tenants credit scores. My first review when I had moved in : Not happy about the transparency with the Management at "Braxton at Lake Norman". I wanted to post in a review regarding the PEST CONTROL fees that they charge per month which I didn't have any objection towards until I actually had to use this service, just to know that wouldn't cover any sort of PEST related issues at my apartment and I was separately billed. You can't posts your comments/feedbacks on the so called Community Portal without they being actually reviewed and approved by the Management. For all you folks with Kids, there is a Dog Park but no Park for Kids :-(
