So question when your electricity goes out in your outlets, that qualifies as an emergency right? Then I call the emergency number and the guy says yeah uhh I'll get that to her.....like uhhh duhh dude its an emergency uhh dude and you the emergency number so uhhh do something dude...I however called the office before and left a message before I called the emergency number but seriously what a goob...some professional🤪

I moved here when my 1st daughter was 2 months old. She is now 14, and we still have the same old carpet, warped and old cabinets, rusted kitchen one tub sink instead of the stainless steel double sink that the other units have, and leaky faucet that makes mold grow. ..smh

I don't know what transition they're doing in the office. but no one is literally never there. .they literally never fix anything been in my apartment for a year and still haven't came to fix what I requested that is broken . I'm definitely calling Gem Management on this property .

The worst apartment complex ever with new management. They don't fix anything. They let stuff go. Everything is sooo old.

You'd have to go into the office and see.
it depends greatly on your monthly income if you do "public housing" if you pay in full market rate, a 2 rm 1bth is $685/mo (which is INSANE to live in a place like that with all the rules and reg inspections) when you can pay something similar for a lot more freedom... but I believe section 8 is around 30% of your income (could be wrong) plus however long the waiting list is... I know it's not good news but I hope the info helps...
