20 minutes is the average wait time. If the app let you place your order before arriving then this wouldn't be an issue. Not sure why McDonald’s won't allow this since by then the customer has already paid for their order

Went to go into store to order my meal, but the doors were locked and no sign was hung to explain why. Got in line at the drive thru, after 15 minutes was able to place my order for a large size double quarter pounder meal, after which I was told they have no soda today?? Okay, I agreed to a plain unsweetened tea. I then drove to the payment window and paid, but did not receive a receipt. I then picked up my food at the food window (we are now 25 minutes into this fast food experience). My large drink was in the tiniest cup they have in the store. I didn't want to spend anymore time in the line so I just took it and left.

Absolutely awful service. Pulled in at 8pm on a Thursday night. They had all the parking lot lights off and had an attitude right from the start as we went through the drive through. We were the only car in the drive through. Then, rather than having us pay the 3 employees at the first window went into the office for 2min before one of them came back cell phone in hand to take my card. After paying we went to the 2nd window where again there were multiple employees who acted like we were an inconvenience. They gave us our drinks right away then were all on their phones staring at the order board. It took almost 10min to get our food. The one employee proceeded to take his phone and stick it in the stack of drink trays and then leaned back against the window till we got out food. Upon getting home our fry containers were less than 3/4 full and my husband's burger was hardly put together with most of the ingredients not actually on the patty or bun. As a manager in a customer service job, this was beyond unacceptable in my opinion. If they were my employees none of them would still have a job. Also from a food safety concern, I'm horrified that the employees were touching their phones and then handling food without washing their hands.

Oh my the best , hot McDonald's you can get. one of the cleanest restaurants of all McDonald's and iv been to almost every continental state Saratoga is where it's at
