Don't waste your time at this location. They don't know how to run a restaurant. No customer service at all. Can't keep up with the demand and out of chicken at 8:30 on a friday night. What a joke....

I like KFC. Don't go there often, but sometimes you just need some good fried chicken. Guy at window was really funny... he made me laugh. Food was ok.

I don’t understand why this particular KFC ALWAYS has issues. Every time I come here, I regret it. The drive-thru ALWAYS takes forever. And earlier tonight, we were the first in line at the drive-thru, waited forever for someone to say they were ready to take our order. We gave our order, he tells us to hold on, and then comes back on and says they can’t do KFC orders for the rest of the night. What?? Who is doing the inventory to where it is several hours before closing and they have NO FOOD?? Very frustrated.

Terrible service - the cashier was rude from the beginning, and the attitude I received from the shift leader sucked too. They screwed up my Taco Bell order, so I very nicely told them so (as I am not the type to get angry/rude in these situations because I understand mistakes happen, no biggie) and it turned into a big issue with cashier chick deep-sighing and rolling her eyes while slouching around to fix it. Waited forever for a messed up order, wound up getting a refund. Will never go to this location again.
