Absolutely horrible. And not the first time. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get a rapid and PCR Covid test. They said they would call or text the result of the rapid test and never did. I had to call. They said they called in a prescription. I Got to the drug store and Malta Med did not send the script. I Had to call Malta Med from the drug store and had to wait. PCR test was supposed to be sent out to the lab on Friday. Since no results were posted by Sunday, I called the lab. The lab said they never received the PCR sample. I called Malta Medical to advise them and they said the sample didn't go out and was going out today, Sunday. And all of this cost me $100.00. No apologies were given.

The staff and facilities were amazing. I spend 8 hrs at a local ER and was never even seen staff was overworked and miserable from the security guard to patient liaison. Quick to get your payment info but all else was horrible. MALTA MED showed me how me how Healthcare can and should work . Thank you

I just love this place! The entire staff was efficient, professional and kind. Within 90 minutes I was triaged, diagnosed, treated and discharged. The facility is in a very convenient location, super clean and well run. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to go back.

I really hate to write reviews, especially a negative, but this was warranted. Came in with a cough and ear infection, really was only looking for a antibiotic. Got there at 10:15 and waited until 1:30 before I decided to just walk out. Zero urgency, staff seemed nice but just complete waste of time. I know if I decided to stay it easily would have ben there a few more hours considering there was a few more people ahead of me that still haven't been seen...
