Read their cord specifications! for $285 I expected more than two rows stacked in the back of a pickup truck. Priced very high for what you actually get. A face cord is 4 x 16" x 8ft (1/3 cord) and A full cord is 4' x 4' x 8' = 128 cu ft. They use their own "fireplace" cord of measurement that can be deceiving.

This place is a total scam. They advertise "fill your trunk with mixed hardwood for $25". Well, when you get there, they tell you $25 is for pine, the mixed hardwood is $35. What???? False advertising. And their "fill your trunk" is a maybe 2 foot by 2 foot bin. It would take 2-3 of those to fill my trunk. Next, let's talk about their bogus firewood measurements. They advertise a "fireplace cord". In New York State, you are required to use certain measurement terms...fireplace cord is not one of them. They make it sound like a cord of wood, but it is roughly a face cord. Way overpriced! Do yourself a favor and do not go to this place.

Unable to reach my regular firewood supplier due to the virus and wanting to keep my home warm, I went here. The prices are extremely high for a minuscule amount of wood and the owner was rude! I can typically buy twice the amount of better quality wood for less than half the price! These prices are unheard of unless it's in a sealed bag from the grocery store, never again!!!

This is my first year ordering from Exit 13S and we are blown away by the quality of the firewood. It burns hot and clean. Pay attention to the sizes of the cords to make sure you get the right amount for you. The folks who take the orders and deliver are professional, courteous, and very prompt! So glad we gave this place a try, we will be back.
