Carson's is a busy place but worth the wait. We went early for lunch and got in right away. The views of Saratoga Lake are just gorgeous. The food is delicious and the menu has a large variety. Our waitress was efficient and very friendly and it was a great experience. Looking forward to going on a weekend evening for their entertainment.

Dispite the place being almost completely full we were seating immediately. Our server was very attentive even though she had multiple tables to attend to. Everyone enjoyed their lunch with 3 of us getting boxes to go since the servings were plentiful. It probably took a little longer to get our food than normal but considering the crowd, coming and going, the food came pretty quick. A good experience with a lovely view of the lake.

Pros: beautiful views and Adirondack seats on the patio to sit and wait for your table to be ready. Food was all really good. Cons: wait. Finally seated. Ordered food, it took way over an hour for our food to arrive. Many tables seated after us, and they all got their food before us. Waitresses/hostesses are all very young teen girls who pour absolute misery out of their every pore, and are nasty and emotionless. Completely ignore us/me. They were certainly nicer to a different type of crowd. Not other young females. Service here is absolutely horrible. Please change your staff. Even the female bartender on the patio was rude and most certainly did NOT put any actual vodka in the drink I ordered. Not coming back, thanks for the terrible experience but good food :)

Stopped in for lunch the other day and was pleasantly surprised. The food was flavorful and reasonably priced. Service was excellent and the view was beautiful. We be back for dinner.Thank you so much for the great review Rich! Looking forward to your return visit!
