We only stayed overnight on a VIP site and it was fine. It was nice to have our own dog yard/patio. Will use again for a safe harbor.

Well-run, clean bathrooms, friendly staff! Very humid and no breeze when we were there, otherwise, great!

It's small but very pretty. It says they have wifi and our cable didn't work and WiFi was out. I like my TV so I'm really disappointed

The KOA does not permit long term tent camping
Better call the office on that!
The tent sites are located on the water. I think we paid 35 a night. They fill up fast so get on there web site and try to get the dates you want..
Stayed in a tent. Woke up to swans every day. Nice camp ground.
There is a long waiting list. Go into the front desk for more info.
The 1 room bed only (queen & 2 bunks) cabins are $70. The 2 room bed only cabins are $85. These beds are hard. The nicer cabins with linens, baths, kitchen and tv are $212 and up depending on if it sleeps 6 or 8 people. We just stayed in June of 2022. They also offer a discount card which is usually worth it.
There is a pool. Not sure about cabins.
Yes, they do allow long term with your own rig, I believe that it has to be under 10 years old.
No, as I recall it was at least a half hour drive.
I'm not sure of their current rates (and you have to put in you info on the site to check for rates and availability) but we stayed in an overflow site about 4 months ago and payed around $25/night. It was 30 amp with water and no sewer, but the dump station was nearby. They don't have any RV 10-year rules, so far as we could see. Our RV is a 2002, and we saw some other older models in the campground as well.
It's best to call them... The price changes.
I was able to stay for a week and also reserve a week. Not sure about a months stay. The managers will work with you. I would call to get more information😊
This is an extremely nice campground. There are several beaches close by. About a 15 minute drive to Charleston but the beach can be a little closer. You will definitely not regret staying at this beautiful campground, the place is beautiful and the staff is great.
Wasn't that great in my cabin. But I was closer to the of the park. I bejesus that the closer tgo the front thou are the better
Go on savannah south koa and you can book a site. if not then you will have to call during normal business hours
Savannah South KOA is open year-round. They have cabins and RV sites. We were there in December and stayed in a cabin near the water. This is a regular stop when we drive to Florida...one of our favorite KOA's.
Depends on what time of year what day a week cabin RV or tent camping check out the website and I'll give you all the information you need very reasonable very clean
Rates went up to 800 off of water & 950 I believe on water. You pay your light & gas. That really does very from month to month. One month I paid $50 dollars & used my a.c. constantly... following month I always turned off my lights & a.c. plus I was gone for a week & it went up to $95. To tell the truth it's very quiet & comfortable there. They are stickers on the rules & not KID friendly so if you send for your family to stay with you for a week or 2 be prepared to pay 5 dollars every person a day. People at front are cool. I just left there & stayed there for 6 months. You can get a better deal in South Carolina or if you'll be there a while just get an apartment right in Savannah.
29 ft rv regular site for Dec. 24 thru 30 cost of site
I dont think it would be that much. When you stay a month at a tine you get better rates but you pay your electric.
