I was very excited to try this place out and it ended up being a huge disappointment. While my dog’s haircut looks adorable and she smells great, there is too much negative to overshadow the good. 1. My dog is 64lbs and they classify her as an XL breed (she’s a retriever mix not a bull mastiff) so that drove up the quoted price and I had disclosed her weight & breed when I made the appointment. 2. I’ve had her for 9yrs and she’s never needed a dematting/shampoo fee (apparently here she did) and they never called to let me know, just upcharged. 3. She STILL has one tiny matte behind her ear (they charged me for dematting, but never took care of it) 4. My receipts total is one amount and they charged me a higher amount on my credit card! Thankfully, I keep my receipts, and will need to dispute to reflect the correct amount once cleared. I always tip, but not this time as the cashiers were rude and didn’t say anything once they got their payment so I didn’t even have a chance to add a tip even if I wanted to.

Terrible service!! Lady was rude. Had scheduled a cat grooming with lion cut, and even confirmed the appointment. When I got there, they said they couldn’t do it, only a bath. I explained that I took off work and that was the appointment, she didn’t care, just said she didn’t have time. I will never go back. Dogs barking and screaming in the back. Rude workers, one lady at the grooming cash register, was rudest of all
