This is the worst company. They totally ripped us off. Took advantage of 2 old ladies. This was supposed to be my final forever home and it turned out to be the worst experience of my life. They ended up selling us a home that was 1/3 the side originally. The planted out home in the wrong spot causing our septic to have to be in the front of our house. Raised septic and the fields take up half of our front yard making it unusable. They said our land perked but forgot to tell us they weren't digging the well deep enough causing our water to be undeniable or usable. I have to buy gallons of water weekly to cook and drink with. Our house latterly is splitting in half. The women who we dealt with was nothing more then a used car salesperson. All I can say is I hope no one does to her mother as she did to us. DON'T use Kings,you'll regret it.

Bought a home on July 2019, was told I’d be in my new home by November or December. Well house arrived March 11 2020. They set house up using incorrect dirt for foundation. It was out a few day later and cement blocks fell. They came out and shoveled clay did under house put down barrier without anything to hold it down, wind blew them away. Called and called Kings about issues without any answer from them. I paid cash for my home, lost my husband in 2018 and them our home of 30 years was destroyed by fire. All I could hear from Caroline was get me the check so she could get house started. A bunch of liers and crooks. I’d advise everyone not to do business with Kings Mobile Homes.
