I have been receiving EBT food stamps since 2021 or just before the epidemic. I was out of work for eight months and at the moment I’m still out of work and struggling. I just renewed my EBT online. They decide to call me after online it says I’m approved. And asked me for a birth certificate and a written letter from a family member who helps me with rent. They wait till the last day before I am dependent upon food stamps that I receive on the 19th they call me on the 18th and asked me to take care in and send things that should’ve been asked in the very beginning . I am now also in the process of moving and don’t know how this is going to affect. Governor Kemp really needs to do restructure dfcs. I can now not get a hold of anybody. Every letter that I get from them is always a week late from a deadline people that are dependent upon this are starving

Horrrible place to get help at I am in the medical field and have never had any criminal record but yet they take my kid for no reason from me if you are looking for help go else where I hate to say that but this place sucks with communication, helping, etc they really need a lot of help they do not call you back when you asked them and when you call they will accuse you of harassment and also their lawyer cussed me out on the phone when asking for help on what to do . Keisha Sullivan ended up doing me wrong behind closed doors while I was visiting my child and then she went and told the judge and everyone else I was being rude and etc . Wel when you take someone’s kid for absolutely no reason and plus never wanna help just make situations worse what do you think is gonna happen ? But they helped me with a lawsuit that’s all they are doing is helping me win a lawsuit .

i have been calling for a week when i say not a soul has answered the phone are they all sleep or not a work like for a whole week no one can answer the phone this is sad if i could leave zero stars i would throw the whole dfcs away
