No Gold counter or board. They are a “franchise” location and only tell you that in an automated email 24 hours prior to arrival. Only 1 attendant so expect to wait at least 20 minutes even if there is 1 person ahead of you.

This location requires you to wait inside airport to complete your paperwork, walk a considerable distance to their garage, then wait in a second line to complete the “second half” of your paperwork before obtaining a vehicle key/assignment. You cannot simply walk up to a car in a the Gold/Presidents Circle and leave. Our plane landed an hour ago and we are in 6th position in our second line. This is a far drop from the first-class service we are accustomed to at all the other locations.

What’s the purpose of having status when they make you wait on line for your car. Also why not put up signs so you don’t have to talk all the way to the lot, which isn’t close, to find out they don’t let you pick a car which is normal for presidents club. Most hertz locations are great. Avoid this one.

I rented a car for my son using my credit card since he does not have one. He can produce his drivers license. Will he have problems picking up the car?

Yes, he will. I just went through this a couple of weeks ago with Hertz. I first handed the lady my husband's credit card because we accidentally switched cards and we wanted to use that card in particular for reward points, but I couldn't use it to rent the car because my name wasn't on the card. I had to give them a card in my name to rent the card. Since your son doesn't have a card, I would suggest you need to go with him to rent the car and list him as a driver.
