In my 66 years, this UPS is the worst ever, terrible service, everyone with bad will, they don't take care of the packages at all! Perhaps your package will not arrive broken to the recipient.

Dropped off an important package on Friday evening, paid $80 to make sure it gets there Monday at 2pm. As of Monday at 7pm it still hasn’t got there. The tracking page says the label was created but hasn’t been received by ups. I think this store never gave it to the driver. They said they would file an investigation but the investigation would take 8 DAYS !!!! I needed this package MONDAY!!! This is beyond frustrating! If I would have known they were so unreliable I would’ve just went to FedEx! I want my money back and some sort of compensation for my trouble!

Staff is friendly and quick, especially this new staff member named Nannah. She was very helpful and kind and provided useful information. Plus, my package arrived on time!
