I have been working for Alltrista for about 20 years now. So I have been thought a lot. The good and the bad. I had a problem with my supervisor and had to go to my HR manager and associates. And I came out feeling heard. So I am so excited about the new direction that our HR management team is putting in place. So I hope that This, will not be the last review because I can write a book. About the attendance policy some supervisors covers their favorites, the dress code being too strict, being a black woman I like to wear my hair wrapped with a scarf. and how some supervisors show favoritism and not treating everyone the same.
