Does anyone know if they have anime figures that are legit? I'm trying to find a store that sells ones that aren't pop figures.

Yes, some. They have a pretty big figure collection, but that's not my area of collecting, so I couldn't tell you more specifics.
They do have Pops, but WAY more other figures.

There are "Kelly Blue Books" for toys. Based on what you have, they could be worth alot of money to collectors. Possibly the guys that run Toy Federation could guide you in the right direction, or possibly know their worth. They carry alot of vintage stuff, like GI Joe toys, and they probably have a book for dolls. I hope that helps. 🥰
Are you guys able to repair voice boxes? I took apart my daughter's favorite doll to clean it and my husband put the batteries back in before she was dry, now she's a demon. 😅 Took the batteries out but she keeps pressing the button & ☹💔

No. More action figures. They have some dolls, Pops, comics, and collectables for that genre of collectors as well.

Best bet is to call and check with them. What they have changes from day to day. I've seen all kinds of toys and collectibles there, so it just depends on what people bring in to them.
