Dropped off a $1500.00 (working) air compressor for routine maintenance, oil change, spark plug, etc… when we picked it up and paid for the service, the engine would not stay running. When we brought it back and explained that it would not run the owner (Derek) looked at it and stated the engine was blown and would cost $500 for a new engine. It was dropped of running and returned broken, the owner is unwilling to take responsibility so now I’ve resorted to having my attorney involved in order to find a solution. Very poor customer service, the owner is rude, DEFINITELY will be letting as many people as I can to not go there for anything.

Have used this service each summer for the past 4 years, and they did a good job each time, although it did take several weeks. This year, however, the results were horrible! When we dropped it off, the estimated time for repair was 2 weeks; after 3 weeks, I called and was told that they hadn't started it, but I could call back on Friday and check since no one makes calls on Friday. When I called, the mower was done, so I picked it up on Saturday morning. I went home to mow, but "fixed" mower stalled out shortly after I began, so I checked the gas and oil, and there was black sludge in the oil tank. In disbelief, I took the mower back to the shop where the man argued that they had put oil in but the engine had caused the sludge to develop in less than ten minutes of use. After the man put new oil in, he told me that he had customers waiting, and he'd get back to me. I loaded my mower into my van by myself and took it back home to finish the yard. The next time we tried to start the mower, it wouldn't start at all. Since we had taken it in to be serviced because it wouldn't start, I consider their "repair" to be a failure, along with the service.
