They did their best to give me a good hot meal and give me some time to eat it before they kick me out

Questions & Answers

Our Woodmen chapter would like to help serve a meal there on August 7. What time would we need to be there? I have to put on a calendar that will be mailed soon. Thank you, Margaret Lindsey.

We have a set group during the week. I would look at your calendar for a weekend and then go on our web page and see if we have any days left this year.

Good morning, Our office has collected food for your kitchen and we would like to deliver to you Wednesday morning November 17th. What time would be convenient for the delivery? Jan

Yes, this typically fills up fast. In the future I would recommend contacting them at least in October, certainly by November 15. There are other places to volunteer, but same, check sooner.

Mr. Scott, not sure if you are referring to volunteers or patrons?? If it is patrons, they are from all walks of life (some economically distressed, some in difficult situations) but all good people. (Don't look at people but in them). As for all volunteers, they also come from every aspect of life. Good people brought together for the benefit of their community. Act, would be an incorrect word. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your on selves. For if any hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man holding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what matter if man he was. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. James 1:22-25

Idk what is up with this group today at the soup kitchen they are very rude!!!!!

Wow 2 posts just within minutes. So easy to point to others faults instead of looking in mirror? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine on eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye. Matthew 7:5
