Chad was our sakesman and he listened carefully to what we we interested in and took us directly to the exact RV that suited us perfectly. Then, Victor did our walk-thru and he was so knowledgeable as well as fun to work with. I cannot say enough about these 2 Ledford employees!

Kathy and Victor were fantastic! Kathy is the best saleslady. Knows so much about campers and knew exactly what we wanted. Victor gave us an orientation like no other- he went over literally everything and opened every door. The awning was broken so Bob Ledford ordered a new awning and new supports too. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Kathy Flowers was the first smiling face we saw when we walked in. Both of us looked young; I thought they would treat us like we were a joke. To our surprise, Kathy came over and treated us like family. She listened to what we wanted and took us to every single travel trailer that our vehicle was able to tow. Then she said, “hang on, this one isn’t on the paperwork, but we have one on the lot that I think you might like.” It was an Apex Nano 17th. It was perfect. After that, we saw another Apex with a slide, and she wasn’t annoyed that we wanted to go back and forth to ensure we enjoyed the 17th more. They were not pushing the most expensive one down our throats. With this being our first travel trailer, we thought it was like a car. You buy it that day and take it home. Thankfully, they said some places would let you do that, but they do not. So we made our appointment as soon as possible because I wanted to take my partner on a camping trip for his birthday. We got there, and Kathy was there waiting for us and ensured we were still happy with our decision. She then took us over to Victor, who gave us an entire walkthrough and had it hooked up, and made sure everything worked before even showing us. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the trailer. They let us videotape the whole thing in case we needed to go back and watch if we had any problems on our camping trip. Then we met with the nicest finance guy, Roy. Roy informed us about many things we needed to keep an eye out for since it was our first. I want to thank everyone at Adventure Motorhome for everything you have done for us. You all are the best, and we can’t wait to come back and get a bigger one once we are ready!
