NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ANYWHERE. Huge facility, but gates are locked at night with signs stating no overnight parking. You have to drop your trailer in the door, pull completely away from it to the curb and WATCH for them to be done. Not watching a light (that you may or may not be able to see), watching for somebody to walk out to your trailer. They put on a gladhand lock and place a trailer jack. Even though they have to return to the trailer to remove gladhand lock, nobody will notify you that the trailer is completed. Docks are easy to get in to, but look first because there are chunks of wood (with nails) and metal chocks carelessly left in the docking lane. Appointment was 7:00 am, I arrived at 6:30 am and was directed by security. Nobody answered the receiving door until exactly 7:00. I was in the dock at 7:10. They started on my trailer at 7:30. Finished at 8:45 am. Port-a-pot is available, but I didn't use it, so I don't know how clean it is. Plan on having a mess in your trailer when they're done.

This place is great! They took me almost a whole day before my scheduled appointment and got me loaded in 30 min!! They saved me a lot of time and drivers really appreciate hard working, friendly employees like that. 5/5

Smoking employees at the drivers entrance door was the only issue pickup up at this location At least loading was very quick because they make you wait inside while they load your truck.
