Literally had to edit this comment and go from 5 stars to 1! Last two times I’ve came here subs have been missing several toppings that were available just didn’t put them on!

Used the app and ordered online. It stated our order would be ready at 8:15…. We arrived at 8:10 & at 8:23 the lady opened the window and asked us to come inside and get our food. She then proceeds to get rude & make faces when we asked to void the order due to it still not even being started & then stating they didn’t have what we had ordered. Save your time and go somewhere else.

DO NOT use the drive thru.. I swear these guys had me get home and sure enough my sandwhich had NOTHING on it. No mayo, no vinegar, no veggies, no cheese! Just MEAT. All meat!!! I had the receipt that showed EVERYTHING i selected and went back and they were looking at me like I was crazy. Just young kids who dont pay attention unless you actually go in there and watch and tell them what you want.. They still look at you like youre crazy, like does it cost you your pay check for extra pickles??? Most of them are rude and mess your food up, so beware. Update 06/09/22: Some what of an improvement. I dont know if they got rid of the drive thru or not but if they did GOOD. Seems like they have new friendly staff with BETTER attitudes. so 3.5 stars
