Please beware! Stay away from this place. It could be a very nice place to live but you will get the same lack of communication if you are a resident. Many people are waiting on lease renewals but they are in the business of evicting, not keeping good people here. Run as fast as you can! In the process of getting an attorney now to sue this company. Many problems here. Will post pictures soon.

I love these apartment homes, from what I could see a very nice community and beautiful, and please don’t get me wrong The young lady in the office is very sweet, but it’s super hard to get in touch with them, I applied a week ago and really just want to know if I was approved or denied, I have called multiple times…. Emailed multiple times and I get ignored to check my application status, I took off stars only because the communication isn’t the best and even if I get denied for some reason, this review isn’t to take away from this beautiful community, but hopefully to help improve the communication between the office and a possible tenant.

The apartments are extremely nice from the outside and pictures online. Really wish I can get in contact with someone regarding my application that I submitted nearly a month ago. Tried calling and emailing with no response.

Ms. Glenda is awesome!! She offered great customer service. She was very informative and thorough. She kept in contact with us at the entire time!!!
