Very bad builder, poor communication, we recently bought their house, their build quality is very poor, the materials used are very cheap, we found so many problems during the first-time walk through and final walkthrough, they ignored repairs and replacements, after we moved in, trying to contact the warranty service, no one answered the phone at all, and it was directly transferred to the voicemail box. It's not our first time buying a new home and this time the buying experience was terrible. Would not recommend buying a home from them! !!

Wanted to add pics but I don't see my original review. According to Exec, this is a job well done. Their standards are very different from other builders so if you're not impressed by what you see below, there are much better builders to choose from.

If you buy a house with them, you will be disappointed! The job is rushed, so it is sloppy and dangerous. Paint is horrible, plumbing issues, landscaping issues, sprinkler issues ,floor issues, gas issues,. If you do a negative review, be prepared for them to delete your comment. If they did a great job, then why did they fire the person that was in charge of these builds? And then the people that work for them will go do positive reviews just to outweigh the bad. The contractors are horrible!!!
