In 2018, you sold me a $400 computer for $1000. You kept the extra $600 and when I had problems with the computer only weeks later you asked me to ask the government to give you more money, for a RAM upgrade, just so my computer could handle my classes or even more than 2 open tabs at a time. You made a lot of money off the backs of disabled veterans who don't get what they need and off the taxpayers who overpay to provide sub par equipment and service. I lost points off my gpa thanks to computer problems and your run-around service. I would have been better off never meeting you. You should be ashamed. I just posted this because I just graduated from USC. I tried to use the computer you provided but it just never worked. After several hour drives into your office, to get the computer fixed, I was never impressed and never got the computer fixed.

Caution here!! Have been known to replace parts when completely unnecessary. Ask for intimized work order and review that their pricing hasn’t drifted out of control - if at all possible go elsewhere! RUN!

Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) enables you to make telephone calls using a digital connection rather than a traditional phone line. Instead of using a network of copper wires to transfer voice calls, VoIP uses an internet connection, along with integrated software. Allowing you to make calls from a variety of sources, such as desktop computers, smartphones, tablets, laptops, and landline phones.

A managed service provider, or MSP, is a third-party company who takes over the responsibility of IT services including network monitoring, upgrades, cybersecurity, and more. Outsourcing these services is a cost-effective way for a business to have the skills and expertise of IT professionals, without the overheads of hiring full-time employees.
