Bus arrived and broke down. Rather than do the smart thing and send a different bus and continue on schedule, they instead insist on waiting 3 hours for the bus to be repaired, only to say the bus can't be repaired and cancel your trip. They then proceed to rub it in even further by giving us reboarding passes saying that our tickets are non-refundable. It is insane the level of incompetence that Greyhound puts out. Absolute waste of time and money. Staff was nice. Management of the bus system was abysmal.

NO THAT ISN'T TRUE FOLKS IF YOU GO TO THE STATION WITH HER AND IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE TICKET IN CASH MONEY NO IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED BUT IF YOU DO IT ON LINE OR IF YOU ARE USING A CREDIT CARD AT THE STATION THEN YES THEN AND ONLY THEN THEE IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED. Carry on luggage you're allowed 2. Under the bus your allowed one that weighs under 50 lbs.. over 50 lbs you'll have to pay $15. And busses are generally on time barring weather conditions. They have an awesome Bus Tracker app in the Android as well as Apple app store and it's Free. Oh... if you're going to be needing an electrical outlet...to say charge your tablet, cell phone or laptop ya might wanna check as you board others charging up theirs; that'll be the side of the bus where they're working. And WiFi isn't reliable on Greyhound busses just so you know. I travel a lot on the busses so I'm sharing from personal experience. Hope all that helps. RtRevJTS
You CAN get one online, but you can also buy a 31 day pass at the station for $35 or just pay 2 dollars in cash/coins for one bus ride. I also think there is a 1 day pass, but I'm not entirely sure.
