Went in today because I had a coupon from one the books supporting the schools only to be told they don’t accept them for whatever reason. I think I’ve eaten here once before, wasn’t memorable enough for me to go back but figured I’d give it a shot since I had the coupon. You just made yourself look bad for not supporting the local schools, lost a sale even if it was discounted, made a customer regret his choice to give you a shot, and definitely lost out on the chance to hook someone that could have easily been repeat business. Good work. Very disappointed.

This place is good! Food was okay, they didn’t have pickles so that upset me, it personally isn’t my first choice for a sub place. The place is clean. The staff was okay, they did ask me the same question multiple times but that’s okay! And didn’t mind when I refilled my cup like 4 times.

I work right next to it and we order food all the time. Lots of money going to this place. It’s usually not bad, well tonight done it in for me. I paid $13.xx for this monstrosity. I said no pickle spear. I get it open and guess what’s laying on my sandwich. A pickle poorly wrapped. It gets better, this is all the meat they put on it. But wait. Someone was too lazy and got a chunk of onion in the meat. I threw it in the trash. Never again

Good eats, always. Usually can’t go wrong with Firehouse and this store is no exception. Good crew. Clean store. All appropriate health precautions in place. Very convenient location across the street from Marshall University and next door to the steel mill. Classic WV!
