I arrived at 4:50 and there was a significant line with only one clerk at the counter. She locked the door at 5 and went back to helping the next customer. When she let him out, she announced that she would leave the door unlocked and drew the curtains. A "lady" who was wearing her school bus uniform came in, and the clerk told her that they were closed and that Fahm st was open to 5:30. The bus driver started chastising her for not having the door locked and made a big scene. I applaud the clerk for remaining calm while this lady continued to make a scene for the remainder of my time there. There were 2 others behind me in line, plus the loud lady. Jewel worked through each issue with grace and professionalism. The bus driver has no business driving school kids.

Went into the lobby with 6 feet between me and the person in front of me and Faye yelled at me and told me I had to get out, I couldn't be in there. Why? I was respecting social distancing and there was only one person in front of me. Plus, the way she said it - "You have to STEP OUT" - was incredibly rude. Faye needs to learn how to speak to people. I already have a mother and she ain't her.

The young lady upfront helped me locate my package and guided me to where I had to go to get further information. Every time I visit this post office, all of the employees are extremely friendly and helpful.
