Last week I stopped by about a road name change and they stated they had to ask the carrier and would call me back. I stopped by a smaller branch today they told me to ask the main office this branch, I explained I already tried, and they gave me their number. I had to call about 5 times before I got an answer (they were taking it off the hook I would go from being on hold to the busy signal). When I did get them on the phone the lady stated that they do not know that information and that's when I got upset. Instead of being told who's responsible I was given the run around. When I asked if they know what streets they deliver mail to she said that it "hasn't changed." I pressed again that someone has to know about the name change and that's when I was given information comes from the MPC I asked for a contact and was told to google it. This seems like a common question with construction for verification of an address it shouldn't take multiple visits or phone calls to be given another government branch.

It would be damn helpful if these people would learn how to answer there phones! Call different times of the day and literally nobody ever answers!

My husband is 65 this year. Only came off the overtime list due to overuse and disrespectful of age. Now he's doing his own route 8 straight hours in 85+ temperatures they are sending him back out again for another couple of hours doing someone else's route. Mandated they say by postmaster. We are seeing his doctor and if it is deemed Unsafe due to age and health. The postal worker sending him out will be sued. Especially if he has heat stroke one more time.

Supposedly this is where the mgr works to file complaints on employees at other post offices in the area. Would be nice if they answered their phone to address said complaint. Shows the obvious of why their reviews are so terrible.
