Literally the most useless help I’ve ever received anywhere. I’ve put mail on hold, have informed delivery saying I have mail, but apparently they don’t have anything. Same thing with trying to pickup packages it takes about 10min for front counter to go in the back to not find it and then getting someone else to look for another 10 who does even find it. I don’t care about how long its taking but I have to keep asking them to actually help in order to actually get my mail and the consistent service has just been an” i don’t know where anything is” type of behavior. I’ve been dealing with this for about 2 months now and while I was understanding and patient in the beginning, now it’s really ju ridiculous service. Idk what games they’re playing but its an absolute joke

A simple change of address card will do. Just fill out the card, sign and date it, and give it to your mailman or drop it off to a blue mail box. You'll get a notice a few days later confirming the change.
Go into post office and fill out a hold form, or u can do it on line also.
