My 4 year old son and I were expecting delivery of his activity books today (10/4/2021) tracking showed out for delivery and at 12:46 pm I heard the mail courier as they passed the house and 3 minutes later received text package undeliverable due to insufficient address or wrong address to call the USPS. I did and found out that was scan showed all address and information correct and present and that package was marked for return to sender. Customer Service put in request to stop return and receiver tomorrow...I hope they received this request. It sickens me that the driver just drove by not looking or slowing down. Apparently this isn't a new thing with this branch an investigation should be done on its personnel.

I wish I could disagree with the other reviews but I’ve only used this post office once and the entire time has been horrendous. I shipped out two of my heart medications. As a 20 year old who’s disabled, I rely on multiple medications to keep me alive. These both are important I take. They said they delivered them to my mailbox, but I never got anything. I filed a request service and someone called me saying I could pick up my package at the post office. So when I went in, none of the employees were wearing masks, despite the mandate, and I’m quite immunocompromised (hence why I ship my medications). I’m also deaf and the lady kept turning away from me while talking and then snapping at me when I couldn’t hear her. She didn’t have on a name tag, so I don’t know her name. She told me the package was sent back to the sender. When I asked for proof or a signature she said they couldn’t do that. So I called the number to try and confirm my medication was being sent back to the pharmacy, they told me the package had been delivered to the wrong place and they couldn’t retrieve it. They gave me the district center numbed, but so far no one has picked up or returned my calls. I’m out of both of my medications and I’m bed bound because of my heart not being stable. I still don’t know where my medications are and so my pharmacy can’t refill the prescription till we’ve located the package as lost or being sent back. I’ve never left a bad review somewhere before, but this has caused so much damage to my health and still no one is willing to help me find this package. I’m beyond frustrated.

They have thieves as mail couriers! Lost very valuable contents in an empty package they had the nerve to deliver!!

Maybe u didnt have mail today? The post office definitely open
Even if you sent it by regular first class, the USPS has a photo capture. This can track pieces of mail delivered/out for delivery to any address. The most definitive way to track is to send it certified/registered. This way you can track it online.
They may have to change the lock, if your box is at a multi unit apartment complex. It might be a good idea to place your mail on hold while you obtain the correct answer and charges from your local Post Office.
Yes. Not on holidays.
