I highly don't recommend moving here, unless you have no better choice.. The two building's have bed bug problems 24/7. Also if you try to contact the front office, they never answer, and they don't have an answering machine to leave messages for them, so you can never get a hold of them for anything. I'm surprised a city inspector hasn't condemned this place yet.

A lot of the people that live here sit outside of it and are loud at all hours of the night. You don't want to have this place as your neighbor, and at times I would rather be dead than live here. For a few of the people that live here, stumbling around belligerently drunk (all hours day and night) and asking for free stuff isn't uncommon. These people have no concept of the noise ordinance.
