My mail carrier continues to deliver my mail to the wrong address. When I go to the main office my situation never gets resolved. Even when I place a hold on my mail they manage to put my mail in with my neighbors.

Various carriers at my place of business. Rude and very unprofessional! I reported it several times and we still have an issue with our mail pick up. It's unfortunate because we spend thousands of dollars on stamps!

Put a letter in the box and had the flag up, but the mail carrier didn't even come by the box. Came out of the road across the street and kept getting up. You went up on the cost of stamps, but now are skipping boxes and not even delivering on a daily basis. Why are we paying a cost increase on stamps if you are not going to run the complete route every day??

No post office doesn't have notary service. Ups does
You have to prove power of attorney and that you are handling the estate of the deceased. Then their mail maybe forwarded to you
