Typically this place was an easy 24hr pick up for drop trailers. That has changed apparently. I showed up at 02:30 and there wasn't even a security guard in the booth. Looks like a sign that says that the security guard will be right back was the security guard. I sat for over 3 hours before a guard showed up. Looks like Greenwood is on the honor system. I get it if I can't pick up or they are closed. But how does a foreign trade zone and a huge plant with no gate not have at least a dude with a flashlight?

I’ve had a lot of trouble with some photos getting developed. They arrived far too late and then I wasn’t able to get a hold of my negatives because it had been 30 days so they were lost. But I do want to say that I talked to a Brianna T on the phone with customer service and she was beyond helpful and super sweet and made the experience a lot easier to get through. Please let Brianna know that she’s phenomenal and I appreciate her kindness and willing to help.
