Stopped in to find a different faucet and sprayer for my garden tub and received terrible service. Not what I am used to receiving. A guy asked me if I needed help, I said yes and showed him a picture. I asked if he could help me and he said nope. I said you can’t and he said nope….. but I have a book. I had to beg for a picture and for a quote. I never received a written quote and had to take a picture of the book. Also was not given any options or brands.
