Very rude!!! Anytime you have to get assistance from anywhere they act like they are coming out there own pocket. If you are in a position to assist the community do it wit compassion. SPARTANBURG COUNTYS Scarlett is everything but compassionate.

Back in the summer, Gleams did a fabulous job at weatherizing my mobile home. This winter I had a drastic change in my power bill. It was almost cut in half this year compared to last year. I'm very thankful for all the help I received. Thank you.
