I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars. I do not know who runs this establishment but NOONE is ever on one page. One day they have refuse business clients from the main line, and then the next time you come and stand in the business line they make you go to the main line. I unfortunately have to deal with this bank because of my job, but if I didn’t I would NEVER come here. You will be in lines for 45 minutes. Everyone has their own different rules. It is very unprofessional. They have multiple people walking around while one person is helping a line of 15-20 people. I dread coming to this bank!!! Do yourself a favor avoid this bank at all cost!

Over a year later and no improvement, worse in fact. One rude teller rachel with 6 people in line. A bank run should not take 40 minutes for a simple deposit; no consideration for customers time. And depositing coins (and other types of transactions) eliminates the possibility of ATM or online banking useless suggestion to avoid addressing the short staffing I would think one of the largest and most profitable banks in the world could afford to properly staff their facilities. One single teller with the line going out the door. Clearly your customers' time is not important you'd rather we stand in line for 30 minutes than to adequately staff your banking centers. Do better.

Logic behind how they have 10 people working but only one person at the teller makes sense. They have a huge line and nobody helping out with it.
