Poor poor mechanic skills. Poor poor communication skills between staff. You as a consumer may keep spending your money at Pennington but I don't recommend it. This company has repeatedly let down, they don't communicate with each other and charge more than should , completed work that was not asked to be done & then charged me for the work & would have been somewhat ok but they didn't even repair the problem, still doing the same issue then charged me for their mistake. I'm not trying to talk you out of going to this underachieving place, go ahead and go a few times and you will come to the same conclusion. They do not know how to work on equipment. Mechanic skills are sub par to say the least. Sthil or cub cadet doesn't matter, honestly cub cadet needs to pull their dealership status! They are embarrassing you, cub cadet.
