We ate a late lunch at the Dairy Queen at 1100 S Lake Dr & Route 6. Afterwards I ordered a Blizzard listed on the price board for $4.19. I handed the server a $5 bill when she said the total with tax is $6.47. When I pointed out that the board said $4.19, she said they were in process of changing the prices but had not had time to complete the process. she said the pricing have been already updated in the cash register so there was nothing that she could do about it. If not illegal, this certainly is unethical for a business to do this! No telling how much we “actually” paid for our lunch since I was unable to check the register ticket as I had already cleaned our table. Don’t support unethical business practices!

I took my 2 grand boys with me inside to get ice cream. It took the staff more than 30 minutes to make 3 small shakes. THE PLACE WAS SWARMING WITH FLIES!

It would really be nice to be able to go in there one time and not have no problems with using my Dairy Queen gift card every time I go in there their machine is down or that's what I get told so right now they don't get very many stars

If I could give a zero I would. First I ordered a cake for a work birthday. Ordered it a week in advanced for a pick up on Monday. I show up Monday and they are closed. The order was confirmed and no one ever called to say they weren’t open on Mondays. Then I ordered a cake 2 days in advanced for a 10 am pick up on Saturday. Show up at 10:30 to get my daughters cake and it’s not made. Something about the woman the day before was supposed to make it and forgot. I tried calling the location all day yesterday to confirm and kept getting a busy signal. This is ridiculous! I will no longer be shopping at this location. I usually buy a 5 cakes a year between personal and work and I’m done. They are not professional and they act like it’s not their fault or problem. Half the time the inside is closed when it should be open and when they are opened you see three to four people standing around doing nothing while there is a line waiting to take orders. Seems like the owners should be held more accountable. If you can’t manage your store then don’t have one. I’m tired of hearing about staff shortages, everyone has them and if you can’t meet a deadline then pick up the phone and let the customer know.

I've never had them answer a phone call. I live 30 mins away and always try to call to confirm they have an ice cream cake before I make the trip. They. Never. Answer. The. Phone.
