Is there a legitimate reason why they never answer phone and will pick up receiver and then hang up without saying anything? It's happened twice tonight and this is the 3rd occassion.

I've never had them answer a phone call. I live 30 mins away and always try to call to confirm they have an ice cream cake before I make the trip. They. Never. Answer. The. Phone.

Because the DQ doesn't have their own number. That number rings into the gas station.
