Called the day prior to going in to purchase a zero turn mower. I was told a 48'' mower costing 3500 was available. When I got their I found out different if it was not for the salesman that helped me I would have left. He sits on the right had side when entering in the building. He and I spoke for a few min and then we took a walk and found some inventory that has not been put in the systems. We put our deal together but had one obstacle to overcome which was I needed it today, my salesman made it happen and one hour later I was on my way. I cut grass that evening and I am very happy with the product as well as I refer Sparrow & Kennedy for your lawn care needs
