Unfortuately, Im writing about usps recent deliveries. Mutiple neaghbors and myself have had our packages delievered to the wrong address. This is a terrifying to know that the chances of us losing our packages are much higher. Secondly, saying a package is delievered but it hasnt is the second worst thing to usps. Give the correct date of the delivery and stick to it. If not then state that. Dont say delievered when its still in the postal office.

Costumer services needs to improve. This postmaster has to do better years before it was one of the best places to go and mail a package but over the years people are not their priority.

The ladie at counter was so rude. I will drive out of my way to another usps or use other services before I return here!

USPS in general is bad. This location is no different. 1 person working the counter, so expect a 15 minute wait. Customer service is always poor, and the process is antiquated.
