I was expecting my package at home but when I track it they said delivery attempted so they will come next business day and up to now no delivery. I went to their office to ask of the package they said they don’t have it . I have gone there twice still no news..

I live at 109 Foote Street Chester SC and new to this area. Everyone has their mailbox on the porch but the mail person came today and said that I have to have my mailbox on the street. I already have one on the porch. Is this true?
