No customer service exists. Right now if you call, it’s a 5 minute speech on Xmas and New Years hours - both which are obviously not relevant anymore. After listening to this lengthy non informative message, it says VM is full and hangs up on you. What a joke! Edit: here we are again, still no response from these business owners. I have just filed with the Better Business Bureau so we’ll see what happens. Maybe more people need to do this; they are going to ruin people’s credit if their customers can not even contact someone to terminate their services. Recent reviews on this site and others state they can’t even sign up because there are no human beings to speak to / email. This place is an absolute joke and as soon as they contact me I’m cancelling my services and I guess we’ll just take weekly trips to the dump. Thanks, Busy Bees Disposal.

Customer service is awful. Can never get ahold of anybody. I’ve emailed 3 times with no response trying to set up trash pick up service. Called, and left voicemails with no response.

Used this company for the 5 years we lived in Denver . Was very quick to get me set up for the service. THEN we moved from Denver July 12th I sent an email the beginning of July to give them a week or two heads up . Was told to set the cab at the end of the driveway and the day of pickup they would get the can as well . Now here I am September and I’ve been charged for August and September . I have literally emailed 6 times NO RESPONSE. I am set up on autopay so the only way to cancel that is for them to either email me back or pick up the phone which just be impossible for them to do. I sincerely don’t like doing this but I have really been disappointed in the professionalism of how this has been handled. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen to anyone else and the situation can be taken care of.

Usually the pick up time is about the same each week. This week they did not pick up trash. I called and got a recorded message that Mondays trash would not be picked up due to illness. My trash day is Tuesday and it wasn't picked up. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone and their voice mail is always full. The pick up service is usually great but customer service SUCKS!!!

And before you ask me service for what exactly, trash pick up, get bins dropped off. We were told to call days before we arrived so bins wouldn’t sit outside our new home and now we can’t get through to anyone. Voicemail is always full.
I flagged down the driver going down the street, took down my info, and they set us up the following week.

All phone calls go to voicemail. My trash is still sitting outside my house since last week!
Not many people to answer the phone and everyone leaves a voicemail so it gets full very quick. They try their best to keep up and return calls though.
